This is a highly strategic and influential position within a global business operating in a complex matrix structure. The role will shape the future of talent and organisational capability across a worldwide business group.

  • Expertise in talent mapping, succession planning, and capability assessment.
  • Strong leadership qualities, strategic mindset, and ability to work across cultures.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, agile methodologies, and digital HR tools.
  • Consulting background is welcome; however, this must include experience with global clients of similar complexity and business size.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of work at scale, influencing how my client attracts, develops, and retains talent while building an organisation that thrives in a fast-changing world.
