This is a strategic, high‐impact role partnering with senior and executive leadership to shape how we scale, evolve, and continue delivering exceptional results.
This role will act as a key strategic advisor within the firm, serving as the primary HR point of contact for senior global business leaders. With a combination of strong HR consultancy skills and sharp business acumen, this role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, promoting leadership development, and enhancing employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in senior HR Business Partner, generalist, or talent strategy roles within high‐growth, complex organisations across FinTech, Technology or Financial Services; proven tenure in roles is a must-have.
- Proven success partnering with senior and C‐suite stakeholders, driving strategic people decisions and outcomes.
- Deep expertise across organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Exceptional consultative and coaching capabilities, with a track record of enabling leaders across functions.
- Strong business and financial acumen, and a data‐driven approach to shaping people strategies.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and leading through change in fast‐paced, matrixed, global environments.
- High levels of executive presence, emotional intelligence, and professional maturity with a pragmatic, collaborative approach.
