Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded global organisation, currently undergoing significant transformation across its reward framework. With operations spanning multiple regions and a continued focus on scale and sophistication, the business is investing heavily in its Total Rewards capability to better support a dynamic and evolving workforce.

Positioned within a growing Total Rewards Centre of Excellence, this is a key hire into the Global Compensation team. The organisation is embarking on a major programme of compensation redesign and harmonisation, and this role will play a central part in building the structures and tools that underpin how the business attracts, retains and rewards talent globally. This represents an excellent opportunity for a technically strong reward professional to operate within a high impact, global environment.

The role offers a balance of analytical depth, project delivery and stakeholder engagement, with the chance to shape foundational reward infrastructure and influence decision making across the organisation. The culture is collaborative, forward thinking and adaptable, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and the ability to navigate change and ambiguity.

Working within a specialist global compensation team, you will support and deliver on a broad range of reward initiatives, with a particular focus on job architecture, salary range design and data driven compensation insights. You will play a key role in delivering critical projects, while partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure clarity, consistency and commercial relevance in reward practices. This is a varied role spanning both technical design and hands on delivery, with significant exposure across global markets and business functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and ongoing management of a global job architecture framework, ensuring alignment and data integrity as the organisation evolves
  • Designing, building and maintaining salary ranges to support a consistent and scalable approach to pay
  • Leading benchmarking activity, salary survey participation and market analysis, including recommendations for future survey strategy
  • Conducting competitive analysis and pay equity reviews to support attraction, retention and compliance requirements
  • Supporting the delivery of the annual compensation cycle, including merit and incentive processes
  • Partnering with HR, HRIS and business stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight and communications
  • Contributing to the development of guidelines, policies and training materials to support effective reward governance
  • Supporting the development and optimisation of compensation tools and systems, including integration with HR platforms

What we’re looking for:

You will bring demonstrable experience within compensation or reward, ideally within a complex, international environment. You will combine strong technical capability with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight for a non-specialist audience.

Experience and capabilities will include:

  • Proven experience working within global compensation or reward frameworks
  • Strong expertise in job architecture and salary range construction
  • Ability to build and implement pay structures efficiently and accurately
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel and data modelling capability
  • Experience conducting benchmarking, market analysis and pay equity reviews
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex reward concepts to HR and business stakeholders
  • Comfort operating within fast paced, evolving and sometimes ambiguous environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

You will be someone who enjoys working at pace, thrives on building structure from ambiguity, and is motivated by the opportunity to create scalable, impactful reward solutions.

What they’re offering:

This is an opportunity to take on a high impact role within a global organisation at a key point in its reward transformation journey. Salary circa £75,000 with a 5% bonus. Flexible UK based role, with the option for remote working and occasional travel to London. Alternatively, a hybrid or office based set up in a central London location. Exposure to global stakeholders and large scale reward transformation projects. The opportunity to build deep technical expertise while influencing business wide frameworks. A collaborative, progressive environment that supports development and growth.

If you are a reward professional with strong technical capability, looking to play a key role in shaping global compensation structures within a growing organisation, we would be delighted to hear from you.
