The Role You will: Build and manage a network of independent contractors and specialist consultants across Europe.

Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and secure project-critical talent.

Manage relationships with external staffing suppliers and recruitment partners.

Negotiate contractor and supplier agreements.

Ensure contractor engagements comply with local regulatory and employment requirements.

Work closely with Resource Management, HR, Legal and Compliance teams across multiple European jurisdictions.

About You We’re interested in speaking with individuals from backgrounds such as: Contingent Workforce Management Contractor/Freelance Recruitment MSP, RPO or Workforce Solutions Supplier/Vendor Management Resource Management Procurement or Contractor Compliance Professional Services or Consulting Environments Experience managing contractors, freelancers, or contingent labour programmes is highly desirable.

Knowledge of worker classification, contractor compliance, IR35, or similar regulatory frameworks would be advantageous.
