About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Talent Manager to join their HR & Talent team in London. This is a strategic role focused on talent development, retention, and integration, while advising on broader legal talent and practice management initiatives to align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with firm committees and Chairs to develop and execute talent strategies, facilitate leadership meetings, and enhance communication channels.
• Contribute to policy development and implementation.
• Support progression, performance review, and compensation processes, providing guidance to relevant committees.
• Engage with global and local attorney development programmes to implement initiatives and foster continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships across Legal Talent and business services teams, leading collaborative efforts to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
