This is a pivotal role that blends legal operations, project coordination, and executive support. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and external providers, helping to drive efficiency and excellence across the team. What You’ll Be Doing Manage legal inbox and workflow tracking, ensuring smooth communication and allocation. Oversee team budget, supplier relationships, and invoice processing. Maintain systems including iManage and time recording tools. Support legal and business projects, tracking progress and understanding broader impact. Provide full diary management for the Head of Legal and coordinate team schedules. Assist with HR processes, committee support, and meeting logistics. Prepare, format, and manage legal documents with precision. Organise travel, events, and team logistics.
