This is a part-time consultancy role (2 days per week), ideal for someone who thrives on making a measurable difference in team capability and business outcomes. Working arrangement can be flexible.
Role Details:
- Conduct training needs analysis across departments to identify skill gaps and opportunities.
- Design and deliver engaging, tailored training programs in:
- Sales effectiveness and customer engagement
- Leadership development for emerging and established leaders
- Underwriting best practices and compliance
- Evaluate training outcomes and continuously improve content based on feedback and performance data.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with strategic goals.
- Provide coaching and support to individuals and teams to embed learning and drive behavioural change.
What You Bring:
- A proven track record in designing and delivering high-impact training programs.
- Experience in financial services, ideally within later life lending or a regulated environment.
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and training evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly within a consultancy framework.
Ideal Experience:
- Experience working within Financial Services would be highly beneficial (particularly insurance)
- CIPD or L&D qualification (or equivalent).
- Coaching qualification or certification.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms.
