Frazer Jones are delighted to have partnered with a top tier, global, financial services organisation, looking to appoint a strategic Learning and Development Business Partner, on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for shaping capability, culture, talent and long-term organisational success, in a complex and analytical environment.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives on partnering and influencing senior stakeholders, designing forward thinking and compelling L&D initiatives and driving meaningful change across a global business.
More specifically, as a Learning and Development Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Defining the L&D strategy to increase performance and engagement - understanding business goals and translating into learning solutions
- Develop strategic talent programmes that build capability for future roles
- Design and facilitate training internationally, ensuring scalability, effectiveness and structure
- Use data and insights to measure impact and guide continuous improvement
- Consistently drive DEI initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders
- Deliver L&D focused projects globally
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience in L&D, OD or Change within a global organisation
- Track record with successful and impactful design and delivery
- Strong understanding of organisational effectiveness
- Credibility, tenacity and confidence to define and influence strategy
- Data-driven approach to shaping practical L&D solutions.
