I am excited to be partnering with an iconic FMCG brand to appoint a Junior People Business Partner for a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a chance to step into a fast‑moving, values‑driven environment where your ideas, energy, and problem‑solving mindset will be valued and encouraged.

You’ll support People Business Partners in shaping an exceptional employee experience‑whether that’s coaching managers through core People processes, coordinating development activities, supporting recruitment, or helping drive engagement initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing

A Junior People Business Partner you will be supporting a client group of c140 employees across the events and marketing teams. You will support managers and employees with day‑to‑day People queries, escalating when needed and coaching through new people initiatives. Working with the wider people team you will also have the opportunity to get involved in HR projects and support delivery of the people strategy to your client group. In addition you will be:

  • Coordinating learning, onboarding and talent activities that help people thrive.
  • Partnering with recruitment teams to create seamless, inclusive candidate experiences.
  • Assisting with engagement cycles, communications and culture‑building initiatives.
  • Contributing to people‑focused projects and using data and insights to improve ways of working.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a generalist HR, HR Advisor or early business partnering role.
  • You will have ideally worked in a fast paced environment within a commercial business.
  • You will be confident in supporting stakeholders with guidance on HR policies and employee relations such as disciplinaries, grievances and performance related queries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to work with people at all levels.
  • Curiosity, proactivity and a genuine interest in people and culture.
  • Excellent organisational skills and comfort working with HR systems and data.
