Delighted to be working with this Leeds based firm that is looking for a Reward Partner on a 12 months FTC basis. Reporting to the Head of Reward, this position will focus on compensation, primarily EU pay transparency and annual pay and bonus cycles, alongside the mapping in of job architecture and job evaluation. The role will also be involved in other adhoc compensation projects. You will be supporting a headcount of c.4,000 based in the UK and Internationally.
With experience gained within a Reward function, this position will suit someone with strong knowledge across compensation, although exposure to benefits would be beneficial. This will include managing EU pay transparency projects and experience of managing at least four or five compensation cycles. Able to interpret complex data and insight, experience of working with WTW, Hay or Mercer would be an advantage alongside knowledge of job evaluation programmes.
This role is based in central Leeds on a hybrid basis. You will need to be able to start immediately or with a 1-2 month notice period.
