This successful, international business is looking for an experienced HR Services Manager to lead and develop a small team in this newly created role.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team of HR Services Advisors, ensuring ongoing development.
  • Overseeing distribution of work, ensuring all advisory tasks are efficiently managed and resolved within appropriate timeframes.
  • Working closely with the HR Business Partners and ER teams.
  • Ensuring HR policies and best practices are consistently applied across all cases.
  • Providing data-driven insights on trends and areas for improvement.
  • Engaging with ER on a regular basis to update on policy and legislative changes, identifying training needs.
  • Managing timely closure of employee relations cases such as grievances, absence, flexible working.
  • Upskilling managers throughout ER processes.
  • Taking a customer-focused approach, ensuring all interactions focus on delivering fair outcomes.

Ideally, you will also have experience within a regulated environment or similar.
