This successful, international business is looking for an experienced HR Services Manager to lead and develop a small team in this newly created role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of HR Services Advisors, ensuring ongoing development.
- Overseeing distribution of work, ensuring all advisory tasks are efficiently managed and resolved within appropriate timeframes.
- Working closely with the HR Business Partners and ER teams.
- Ensuring HR policies and best practices are consistently applied across all cases.
- Providing data-driven insights on trends and areas for improvement.
- Engaging with ER on a regular basis to update on policy and legislative changes, identifying training needs.
- Managing timely closure of employee relations cases such as grievances, absence, flexible working.
- Upskilling managers throughout ER processes.
- Taking a customer-focused approach, ensuring all interactions focus on delivering fair outcomes.
