My client and I are looking for a sharp, organised and proactive People Administrator to join a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment on an initial 6‑month fixed term contract. If you love keeping things running smoothly, juggling multiple priorities and being the go‑to person for all things People and recruitment, this could be a great fit.
You’ll support the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding to exit - keeping our People systems accurate, our documentation polished, and our internal comms clear and engaging. You’ll be the first point of contact for day‑to‑day People queries, help with compliance and reporting, and work closely with our People Partner across benefits, payroll admin and employee relations.
You’ll also play a key role in recruitment: coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, maintaining trackers and ensuring every new joiner has a seamless onboarding experience.
We’re looking for someone with HR admin experience (ideally in financial services or a regulated environment), strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail. Experience with HRIS/ATS systems like BambooHR is a bonus, but a proactive, can‑do attitude matters most.
If you’re ready to grow your HR career in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment, we’d love to hear from you.
