This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing and fast-paced HR function at a leading financial institution with a reputation for excellence, innovation, and collaborative culture. With an impressive footprint across EMEA and APAC, the organisation manages a wide range of private and public capital strategies and has continued to expand its global platform.
The Role:
As a Senior Analyst in the Human Capital Management team, you’ll act as a trusted HR administrator with a core focus on UK, EMEA, and APAC benefits, as well as broader support across onboarding, offboarding, data analytics, employee lifecycle, and stakeholder management.
You will be involved in:
- Coordinating and managing benefit enrolments, renewals, and communications
- Supporting HRIS transactions and payroll processes
- Providing headcount and demographic reporting for senior leadership
- Collaborating on internal projects with cross-functional teams
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for HCM data requests and system updates
- Drafting HR documentation and maintaining compliance standards
- Enhancing operational efficiencies across HR processes and reporting
About You:
- 2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in financial or professional services
- Solid understanding of UK and European employee benefits
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and advanced Excel skills
- A detail-oriented mindset, with the discretion and professionalism to handle sensitive information
