HR Advisor – Insurance

London (hybrid)

£50,000 – 60,000 + Bonus & Bens

Frazer Jones is proud to be working with a renowned international insurance firm to recruit a HR Advisor for their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with at least a year of advisory experience to take on a varied and rewarding role within a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll be a key member of the HR team, partnering with HR Business Partners and specialist teams across Talent, Operations, and Learning & Development. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the full employee journey—from onboarding to exit—while contributing to strategic projects in areas such as organisational change, inclusion, and employee experience. This is a great chance to grow your HR career in a global setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contributing to the rollout of people initiatives across engagement, performance, talent, and internal communications
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations queries, including conduct, capability, and attendance
  • Supporting new joiner and leaver processes, including feedback collection and process improvements
  • Creating and analysing HR metrics and dashboards to support business decisions
  • Working with HR Operations to ensure documentation is accurate and compliant
  • Assisting with annual processes such as compensation reviews, promotions, and workforce planning
  • Ensuring data privacy and compliance with GDPR regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in a HR advisory role
  • Experience in supporting from an ER perspective
  • Experience working within Financial/Professional Services would be beneficial
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
