15-month Contract Hybrid Manchester City Centre £45-£55K +10% Completion bonus + benefits A high‑growth technology company is looking for a proactive, commercially minded HR Advisor to join their dynamic People team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives as a trusted partner to the business, coaching leaders and shaping an exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities Partner with managers to provide pragmatic guidance on performance, development and day‑to‑day people matters. Act as an approachable, credible HR contact across commercial teams, supporting an inclusive and engaging employee experience. Coach and challenge leaders to strengthen capability, drive high performance and champion company culture. Manage employee relations cases and organisational change with fairness and integrity. Support delivery of the People strategy and turn priorities into practical actions. Collaborate with specialist teams (Reward, People Experience, Development) on people solutions. Use people data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact. Support key people processes (performance, calibration, reward, engagement). Maintain headcount oversight to support workforce planning. Drive continuous improvement and champion new technologies, including AI. About You Proven HR/People Advisor experience ideally in a commercial environment Strong employee relations expertise with sound judgment and a commercial mindset. Excellent communicator with the ability to influence, coach and build trust quickly. Adaptable, resilient and confident navigating ambiguity and busy workloads. Solid understanding of UK employment law. Tech‑savvy, ideally with Workday experience and interest in emerging technologies. A collaborative, positive team player with a passion for delivering a great employee experience.
