My client a financial services firm, is looking for an HR Advisor, on a 9-month ftc, to join their dynamic team and help drive employee engagement, performance, and development.
As the HR Advisor, you’ll be the glue that holds the HR team ticking— supporting HR Business Partners and collaborating across regions to deliver seamless, high-impact HR initiatives.
You’ll be involved in:
- Coordinating engagement surveys and reporting insights to leadership
- Supporting performance management cycles and roundtable discussions
- Managing recruitment admin and partnering with Talent Acquisition
- Preparing HR reports and analysing data for decision-making
- Organising training events and supporting L&D logistics
- Handling employee relations cases and documentation
Competencies
- Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
- Strong Excel and HR systems skills (Workday preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive mindset with sharp attention to detail
- Knowledge of UK employment law
