A leading global engineering organisation is looking for an HR Shared Services Administrator to join its team in West London. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for employee experience and a strong foundation in HR operations.
As the first point of contact for HR queries in the UK, you’ll support employees and managers with HR policies, systems, and processes. You’ll guide users through self-service tools, manage onboarding and offboarding, and escalate complex issues where needed. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help shape a seamless HR service experience.
