HR Project Specialist – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced HR Project Specialist to support a major change programme. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic transformation within a complex, matrixed business environment.
We\’re seeking a seasoned HR professional with a strong track record in project delivery—particularly in organisational change, restructuring, and operating model transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support HR project activities across the people workstream and wider transformation programme.
- Develop and manage project plans for restructuring initiatives across multiple international locations.
- Review and update HR manuals, processes, procedures, and philosophy documentation.
- Coordinate monthly OD/HR deliverables meetings, tracking progress and driving action.
- Prepare materials and insights for senior leadership forums including the Management Committee, Board, Remuneration Committee, and HR Committee.
- Produce clear, data-driven reports on HR-related matters for senior stakeholders.
Candidate profile
- Proven experience in HR project management, ideally within a large or mid-sized organisation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and experience in change environments, including restructures.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to connect insights across workstreams.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
