A leading organisation is seeking two experienced and confident People Business Partners to join its People team on six-month fixed-term contracts.
About the Role
The successful candidates will join a proactive, collaborative People function dedicated to delivering high-quality support and creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported and able to thrive. This is a strategic, forward-thinking business partnering role. The organisation is navigating a period of change, and the People Business Partners will play a pivotal part in strengthening leadership capability, supporting organisational design and embedding initiatives that enhance performance, culture and colleague experience.
