Job Description
A rapidly scaling Fin-Tech, workforce management platform- purpose-built for the service industry – is seeking an experienced UK HR BP/Manager to drive people strategy and operational excellence across its UK operations. This technology-forward, values-driven company is expanding globally and looking for a hands-on HR leader to help steer its next phase of growth.
The successful candidate will report and be the No.2 to the Global Head of People and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and partners across Sales, Product, and Operations. They will act as a key business partner and culture champion within a fast-paced Fin-Tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
🎯 Partner with UK leadership to deliver people strategies aligned with commercial goals

Key Requirements
- At least 6 years of HR generalist experience in a FinTech, Technology, or Media business- preferably in a small to mid-sized firm
- In-depth proven experience handling complex ER cases and fast-paced operational HR
- Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams across multiple business functions
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align HR strategy with business performance
- Outstanding communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
