We’re excited to be partnering with a global SaaS technology business who are looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to join their people team. Our client is a market leader in their sector and have offices across the globe. What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, people-focused role that will suit someone who enjoys managing complex employee relations matters while also working to improve performance, engagement, and culture. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for HR matters, partnering closely with managers and leaders to support them through all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations matters, managing grievances, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution with fairness and consistency
  • Lead and support performance management processes, including coaching managers on feedback conversations and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
  • Conduct thorough, impartial, and confidential workplace investigations into misconduct, grievances, or policy breaches
  • Partner with line managers to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support across performance, conduct, and capability issues
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation and best practice
  • Support the ongoing development of managers through training initiatives focused on performance management, communication, and conflict resolution
  • Use HR data and metrics (e.g. turnover, engagement, exit feedback) to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to leadership
  • Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives to drive retention, morale, and a positive working environment
  • Ensure all HR practices are compliant with UK employment law and internal governance standards
  • About You

    Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional who is confident managing complex ER casework and advising stakeholders at all levels. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercial environment and able to balance empathy with sound judgement aswell as being comfortable acting as a liaison between staff and leadership.

    You’ll ideally bring:

  • Proven generalist HR experience at Manager or Senior HR Advisor level
  • Strong background in employee relations and performance management within a commercial environment
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Confidence coaching and influencing managers on people-related matters
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to inform decisions
  • CIPD qualification and/or a degree in HR or a related discipline (highly desirable)
