HR Business Partner
Hybrid / North West London office (2 days per week) + local travel (1 day per week)
£55,000 + paid travel
We're hiring an experienced HRBP to join a leading transport business supporting a large, unionised, blue-collar workforce. This is a hands-on role working closely with engineering and operations leaders, helping drive the people agenda in a fast-paced, complex environment.
What you'll do:
- Partner senior leaders and front line managers
- Coach on complex ER and escalations
- Influence senior stakeholders
- Work in a highly unionised setting
- Drive consistency and better ways of working
- Support change and process improvement (incl. systems/automation)
- Use data and insight to shape decisions
What we're looking for:
- HRBP experience in transport or similar operational sectors
- Strong blue-collar ER background
- Experience with trade unions + tribunals
- Confident, credible and influential
- Practical, hands-on and delivery focused
