Job Description
Our Birmingham client is currently looking for an HR Business Partner for a 12-Month FTC to start ASAP.
As HR Business Partner you will join the People Team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience during mergers, acquisitions, and TUPE transitions.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with senior leaders to deliver smooth organisational change, ensure legal compliance, and support cultural integration.
Key activities will include:
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and deliver people plans.
- Leading end-to-end TUPE processes and supporting on M&A activity.
- Partnering with leaders to deliver people plans and manage change.
- Coaching managers through sensitive employee relations matters.
- Collaborating across the People Team to deliver joined-up support.
- Developing and supporting communication and engagement plans to build trust and transparency.
The hiring manager is looking for an individual with:
- Strong HR generalist experience as well as change including TUPE, redundancy consultations and harmonisation.
- Proven and up to date knowledge of UK employment law and consultation processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in a multi-site environment is preferred.
This role is based in Birmingham and offers hybrid working.
Salary up to £60,000 per annum.
