This role provides essential administrative and coordination support across all HR activity related to acquisitions. You’ll help ensure accurate data management, organised processes, and a positive onboarding experience for acquired teams. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and FAQs.
* Respond to queries and maintain confidential employee records.
* Gather, organise, and track HR documentation during due diligence.
* Schedule meetings and support preparation of presentations and reports.
* Validate and update employee data required for workforce planning and onboarding.
* Assist with communications, support materials, and onboarding tasks for new colleagues joining Xeinadin.
* Provide general administrative support to the People Team as required. Skills & Experience
* Strong administrative experience, ideally within HR.
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
* Ability to work professionally with sensitive and confidential information.
* Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work at pace and manage multiple tasks.
