Delighted to be retained by a fantastic Birmingham based company that is looking for a Head of Reward on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this role sits on the SLT and is responsible for developing and implementing the firm\’s compensation and benefits strategy. This is very much a change and transformation led position that will require the \’unpacking and packing\’ across all areas of reward and benefits to effectively build and design a reward philosophy that is aligned to business goals. Managing a team of two across a UK headcount of c.1,400 and c.150 Internationally, the role is ultimately responsible for all areas of compensation and benefits including managing salary structures, benefits & wellbeing, benchmarking, performance management, annual pay review processes and bonus schemes.
This is a very exciting position that will appeal to a talented reward professional who wants to enable change to drive and develop a compelling reward strategy and philosophy for the business. As such you will be able to evidence working in a leadership and management position within compensation & benefits and preferably within Financial or Professional Services or similar environment. Comfortable driving change and transformation within a reward setting, you will be data led with strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
Based in central Birmingham the company offers hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office.
