I am delighted to be partnering with a global cosmetics brand to appoint a Head of Recruitment. To be successful in this role it is essential you are able to speak fluent Romanian and English. The client does support those that require a visa.
About the role:
As a Head of Recruitment you will manage a team of three recruiters working across London, Romania, France and Germany. The role is based in London and will have responsibility for the overarching recruitment strategy both across hiring within the sales space and also building a talent attraction plan and pipeline. You will work closely with the company leadership team to help scale the teams across those locations.
Key responsibilities of role:
- Strategic recruitment planning – developing and implementing a recruitment strategy focused on hiring across the sales space.
- Talent sourcing and screening – Source, attract and launch targeted recruitment campaigns in English and Romanian.
- Recruitment lifecycle – ensuring an efficient end to end recruitment journey from screening to offer and embedding an excellent candidate experience.
- Team management – leading a small team and ensuring they are supported and developed to reach the business and recruitment objectives.
About you:
You will be a driven recruitment specialist who can speak fluent Romanian and English and has recruited across multicultural environments. You will have recruited across sales and retail positions previously and be comfortable developing new and innovative ideas to attract talent. This opportunity will allow you to build and develop an exciting new recruitment strategy for the brand and travel to France, Germany and Romania.
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (experience dependent) + benefits and bonus plan.
Location: City of London 4/5 days in the office.
