I am delighted to be supporting London & Partners, an international growth agency that works with businesses both locally and internationally to grow, succeed and develop in London. They are looking to appoint an exciting new role as Head of HR Operations to join the HR team and continue to lead and develop a best-in-class HR offering.

About the role:

As Head of HR Operations, you will report into the Director of HR and line manage a team of 4 inclusive of HRBPs and a Payroll Advisor within a business of 350 headcount and growing. You will be an integral part of the HR team's growth and you will work across a range of disciplines such as reward, employee relations, organisation development, EDI Strategy and leading on the implementation of a new HR System.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Team leadership and development – ensuring your team has the right skills and capabilities and drive a high performing mindset.
  • End to end delivery of the HR Operations – working both strategically and operationally across reward, employee relations, employee development and payroll.
  • HR data and data analytics – confident reviewing HR data and supporting HR and senior leaders to make commercial decisions and influencing HR initiatives.
  • EDI – Ability to evidence experience implementing inclusive processes.

About you:

You will be an experienced senior HR Professional with a HR generalist or HR operations background and will have worked within an SME environment previously. You will bring commercial acumen, great communication and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders and be comfortable being hands-on as well as strategic.

This role encompasses a range of key HR generalist areas so you will have experience working across reward, employee relations and EDI initiatives. It is essential you have experience implementing a new HRIS system and can evidence the end to end delivery of the project.

Although not essential to have worked in an international business, you will have worked in complex environments with a dispersed workforce and understand the complexities of this model. Ideally, you will come from a background in agency, marketing, business development or consultancy settings.

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000
