A leading international investment firm is seeking a Head of Human Resources to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a high-performing, globally aligned people strategy. This is a senior, business-critical hire as the firm continues to evolve into a multi-strategy platform across multiple geographies. Reporting to the COO, the Head of HR will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the partnership group, delivering both strategic direction and hands-on execution across all areas of the HR function. You must hold proven experience working in small and/or stand-alone environments with true breadth across the employee lifecycle.
