About the Role

Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their dynamic Early Careers team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in attracting and developing the next generation of legal talent. This is perfect opportunity for a Coordinator/Assistant to take a step up into the Advisor position. This is a permanent position paying £50,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full graduate recruitment lifecycle, from application screening to assessment centres and onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with universities and external partners to enhance employer brand visibility.
  • Organise and deliver engaging events and presentations to attract top-tier candidates.
