My client is seeking a motivated and skilled Executive Compensation Manager to join the expanding Reward team and directly support the Head of Reward. This pivotal role involves supporting senior leadership and ensuring adherence to corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support for Senior Leadership: Collaborate with Co-Sec, Legal, Investor Relations, Remco, and Senior Leadership on remuneration reviews. Work on directors’ regulatory and remuneration reporting, including for MRTs. Ensure compensation plans are board-approved, working closely with reward partners and senior leadership.
  • Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance: Lead the preparation of the Remuneration Committee process, including materials, annual plan, and meeting agendas. Liaise with the Head of Reward, Chief People Officer, external advisors, and Remuneration Committee Chair. Implement changes in the remuneration policy, now in its third year, in collaboration with partners and Remco. Adhere to the Corporate Governance Code. Manage relationships with Remco, including bi-annual meetings with the Remco globally. Coordinate with finance on long-term incentive rewards and banking regulations for upcoming regulatory projects. Conduct senior leadership compensation reviews. Drive project work on EU pay transparency, with implementation and gap analysis planned for later this year.

  • Proven experience in reward management, particularly within tech or financial services sectors.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with senior leadership and external partners.
