The firm is seeking a HR Manager or Business Partner-level candidate with a strong background in operational excellence and a sharp commercial mindset. This individual will play a pivotal role in both value creation and the internal scaling of the firm itself. This is not a back-office role. It’s a high-impact position for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and wants to be at the heart of decision-making, driving operational excellence, transformation, and growth. Please note this role is required on-site, 5 days per week in office.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR roadmap aligned with the firm’s business objectives.
- Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning.
- Build and maintain a strong, inclusive, and high-performing culture across the firm.
- Provide strategic HR support to the firm as needed, particularly in areas of leadership development, organisational design, and talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices and manage risk across HR functions.
- Partner with leadership to drive internal communications, engagement, and change management initiatives.
- Implement scalable HR systems and processes to support future growth.
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with longevity.
- Experience in private equity, venture capital, or high-growth technology environments is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to build and support HR functions.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance.
- Proven experience implementing HR technologies with a data-driven mindset.
