A dynamic global organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, people-first environment where strategic thinking, collaboration, and innovation are valued.
The Role
As HR Business Partner you will be embedded at the heart of the business across the Public Affairs which is c400 employees and 9 SLT members. Working closely with the senior leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy that drives performance, growth, and culture. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a coach, and a change agent—helping leaders navigate complex people challenges with confidence and clarity.
Your day-to-day will be varied from leading performance management and succession planning to resolving employee relations issues and driving data-informed decisions. You’ll also play a key role in designing and delivering core HR processes and initiatives, ensuring they are not only effective but also engaging and inclusive. This is a role for someone who has experience in fast-paced and agile environments and is comfortable working both operationally and strategically.
About You
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner and working with a similar sized client group in a fast paced and commercial environment.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders up to Director level across multi-discipline roles.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect people strategy with business outcomes.
- Excellent experience across employee relations cases and an up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
- Confidence in using data to influence decisions and deliver data driven planning to senior leaders.
