We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with an international Insurance business, to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, people-focused HR function and play an influential role during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

About the Role

As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders across designated business units to align people strategies with organisational goals. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll bring commercial insight, strong stakeholder management, and data-driven thinking to influence decision-making and drive high-performance culture. Working in partnership with HR Centres of Expertise, you will deliver integrated HR initiatives across talent, workforce planning, organisational design, and change. This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working at pace, and can translate business needs into impactful people solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor, developing a deep understanding of the business and coaching leaders to achieve key outcomes through people strategies.
  • Translate business priorities into targeted HR initiatives aligned with Westfield's vision and long-term objectives.
  • Partner with HR team to deliver cohesive programs, policies, and employee-experience improvements.
  • Lead talent discussions, succession planning and development strategies, ensuring strong leadership pipelines.
  • Use workforce data and insights to identify trends around attrition, mobility, compensation, and workforce performance - translating analysis into strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, advising leaders on build/buy/borrow talent scenarios in line with business goals and budget.
  • Support and implement change management strategies aimed at improving agility, culture, and performance.
  • Collaborate on organisational design initiatives to evolve structures, processes, and ways of working that support scalability and future growth.

Experience CIPD qualification advantageous. Our client is looking for someone who is highly collaborative and an excellent communicator. You must also be client focused with strong business insight.
