We are delighted to be representing a leading global hedge fund in the search for a Learning & Talent Development Lead to join their high-performing EMEA team. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping employee experience and delivering impactful learning programmes within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role is highly visible and will require someone in office 4 days per week.
The Role
- You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of regional learning initiatives, ensuring programmes are effectively executed, engaging, and aligned to business priorities.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and external partners, you’ll drive continuous improvement and elevate the learning offering across the region.
- You will also be a visible presence within the organisation, facilitating sessions, designing workshops, and creating meaningful development experiences for employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of EMEA learning programmes from planning through to execution and evaluation.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Track and analyse programme effectiveness using data and metrics.
- Facilitate high-impact workshops and learning sessions across the region.
- Design and adapt engaging learning content to meet regional needs while aligning with global standards.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines and budgets simultaneously.
About You
- 7–10 years’ experience in Learning & Development within financial services (buyside highly advantageous).
- Strong track record of progressive tenure within an organisation.
- Confident facilitator with proven experience delivering large-scale learning programmes.
- Skilled in workshop design and stakeholder engagement.
- Intelligent, driven, and commercially minded with the ability to thrive in a high-performance culture.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to make a tangible impact.
