You’ll be at the heart of a high-performing Learning & Development team, leading flagship early careers initiatives that support the growth of future leaders. From programme design to coaching, stakeholder engagement to data insights—you’ll own it all.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and evolve UK graduate and apprenticeship programmes, ensuring ROI and continuous improvement
- Support APAC graduate underwriting programmes with coaching and regional engagement
- Maximise the apprenticeship levy, manage budgets, and align with sustainability goals
- Collaborate globally with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and external partners
- Champion diversity and inclusion across all early careers initiatives
- Coach and mentor early-in-career talent, helping them thrive and grow
- Use data and insights to drive programme evolution and regional expansion

- Proven experience leading early careers or L&D programmes in a complex, global environment
