Are you a reward professional who enjoys working with data as much as people?We’re looking for an analytically-minded Compensation Data Manager to join a high-performing Reward team, reporting directly to the Head of Reward and take ownership of compensation analytics, regulatory reporting and remuneration governance within a leading financial services organisation.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain compensation analytics, data models and dashboards.

Lead remuneration data gathering and validation across HR, Finance and Payroll.

Analyse pay data to identify trends, anomalies and equal pay insights.

Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality.

Support incentive planning, benchmarking and executive reward projects.

About You Experience in Compensation, Reward or Reward Analytics.

Strong data analysis and modelling skills with advanced Excel capabilities.

Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and translating data into insights.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Recent financial services experience is highly desirable.
