Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a highly successful international investment organisation currently undergoing a period of significant expansion across Europe and North America. The business employs circa 500 professionals across multiple international locations and has established itself as a leading investor within the private markets sector. With an entrepreneurial culture and an impressive track record of growth, the organisation acquires and transforms businesses across a diverse portfolio, creating substantial value through operational excellence and strategic investment.

As the organisation continues to expand internationally and enters new markets, they are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to play a key role in shaping and evolving their global reward strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to join a growing HR function and take ownership of compensation frameworks, executive reward structures and annual remuneration processes across a highly international workforce.

Reporting into senior HR leadership, you will partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Tax and Payroll, providing specialist reward expertise and helping to drive a modern, scalable compensation framework that supports continued business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing and implementing compensation strategies, salary structures and pay frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
  • Managing annual salary and bonus review processes, ensuring effective governance and execution
  • Supporting the design and administration of executive compensation structures, including short-term and long-term incentive programmes
  • Conducting market benchmarking, compensation analysis and reward modelling to support business decision-making
  • Producing management reporting, reward analytics and compensation insights for senior stakeholders
  • Reviewing and enhancing compensation policies, processes and governance frameworks
  • Providing expert advice to business leaders, HR partners and senior executives on compensation-related matters
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant tax, regulatory and remuneration requirements across international markets
  • Collaborating with Finance, Legal, Payroll and external advisers on reward-related projects
  • Supporting the continued development of reward tools, systems and ways of working

The successful candidate will bring:

  • A minimum of five years' experience within Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or Reward Analytics
  • Strong technical compensation expertise gained within an international or complex matrix environment
  • Experience managing salary review and bonus processes across multiple countries
  • Excellent analytical and numerical capability with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong market benchmarking and job evaluation experience
  • The ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
  • A pragmatic, commercial and solutions-focused approach
  • Experience working with HR systems and reward technologies, ideally including Workday
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to operate autonomously
  • Experience within financial services, private equity, professional services, consulting or other fast-paced commercial environments would be advantageous

Why join?

This opportunity offers the chance to join an ambitious and growing international organisation at a key stage in its evolution. You will benefit from:

  • A genuinely international remit spanning Europe and North America
  • Exposure to complex executive and incentive compensation structures
  • Significant influence over the future development of reward strategy
  • Close engagement with senior leadership and decision-makers
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial and commercially focused culture
  • Long-term career development opportunities as the organisation continues its growth trajectory

This would suit either an established Compensation & Benefits specialist looking for broader international exposure, or a more senior reward professional seeking a hands-on role within a high-growth and entrepreneurial environment.
