My client is seeking a confident and capable Compensation & Benefits Advisor to join a warm, collaborative team in Dartford. Looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of key projects, and bring strategic insight to the table.
This is a fully office-based role, with flexibility around working hours. You’ll be managing critical reward initiatives, including a full benefits review, variable pay scheme design, and contributing to the future of the compensation and benefits strategy. The role requires someone with strong autonomy, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to educate and influence across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
