With SuccessFactors now deployed across their global operations, the organisation is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors specialist with strong hands-on configuration skills across multiple modules. This is an exciting international role within an established HRIS function, and SuccessFactors expertise is essential for success in this position.

  • Lead the design and improvement of workflow logic, rules, and processes to support country-specific and global HR requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day system queries, diagnose issues, and collaborate with HR stakeholders to define enhancement requirements.
  • Translate business needs into workable system changes, producing clear functional documentation and partnering with external support teams on delivery.
  • Ensure system changes align with wider architecture principles and work closely with cross-functional leads on any interdependent design decisions.
  • Support the development and accuracy of HR reporting by partnering with analytics and reporting colleagues where data dependencies exist.
  • Plan and execute module-related updates, quarterly release activities, and broader rollout initiatives.
  • Maintain configuration workbooks, user guidance, and process documentation to support effective system governance.
