We're partnering with a growing, quality focused healthcare organisation to recruit a Recruitment & HR Officer into a newly strengthened people function. Operating across regulated healthcare services, the business is investing in its workforce as it scales. This role has been created to support that growth and sits within the HR team with clear progression and development opportunities.
This is a hands-on recruitment and HR position, supporting the full employee lifecycle and playing a key role in maintaining high standards across a regulated environment with a strong focus on compliance, governance and safe recruitment.
You will:
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across clinical and non-clinical roles
- Manage right-to-work checks, onboarding and compliance documentation
- Maintain audit-ready people records and support visa-related processes
- Act as a first-line HR contact for employees and managers
- Provide administrative support to ER processes
- Produce HR and recruitment data to support reporting and planning
You have:
- Experience in recruitment and HR administration roles
- A background within healthcare or another regulated sector preferred
- Strong attention to detail and confidence handling compliance processes
- Solid understanding of right-to-work and safer recruitment practices
- Confidence in producing quality work in a remote-first environment
- Ambitions to develop your HR career in a growing business
- CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience), or working towards or Level 5
