We are partnering with a leading global financial services organisation on a Programme Director hire, to drive Organisational Simplification. We are looking for a transformation leader with deep expertise in delivering large-scale operating model redesign and change programmes within global, matrixed environments. You will have a proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, simplifying structures, reducing cost and embedding sustainable change.
