My client is a supreme luxury brand in every sense of the word. Currently, they are creating a new role for someone to lead their payroll and benefits function in a part time capacity for 20 hours per week.

To be considered successful, the ideal applicant must:

  • be available on a 2 week notice or less
  • be proficient on UK and international payroll (ideally Singapore, Italy, Germany)
  • have dealt with ADP (ideal not essential)
  • have strong vendor management skills
  • have had exposure to benefits and pensions
  • be confident to work in a sole role
  • be able to work from the office 1 day per week
  • enjoy compliance and looking at ways to troubleshoot and also streamline processes

Although this role is a 6 month contract initially, it could become permanent for the right individual should they be able to demonstrate a strong ability to take ownership and drive the function forward.
