Frazer Jones have exclusively partnered with a leading, global financial services organisation to support with a period of transformation and hire a Learning and Development Operations Manager. This is a crucial role to strengthen the operations behind the Learning function, ensuring programmes are strategically aligned to business goals, are efficient and scalable, deliver measurable value and to use data/analytics to drive improvements.

More specifically, as an L&D Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading on the end-to-end delivery of all learning programmes, ensuring a consistent, high-quality learning experience
  • Managing L&D operational team, overseeing scheduling, logistics and support for in-person and virtual learning
  • Owning and optimising the organisations Learning Management System (LMS) and related learning technologies
  • Remaining abreast of technology advancements, threading AI into learning solutions and maximising value
  • Overseeing E-learning and ensuring best in class offering
  • Producing clear, insightful reporting on participation, completion, and programme impact
  • Managing relationships with external training providers
  • Overseeing budgets, contracts, and invoicing
  • Driving continuous improvement across processes, standards, and operational workflows
  • Partnering with the wider learning, leadership and talent team to support capability-building initiatives
  • Working with compliance to ensure regulatory and audit requirements for learning activities

To be considered for this role, you will have strong experience in L&D operations, programme management and vendor relationships, ideally within the financial services industry. You will bring a strong understanding of LMS platforms and digital learning tools, a passion to learn about AI and the impact it can have on learning as well as a data-driven mindset and confidence working with reporting tools and dashboards. Additionally, you will have excellent organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
