We are really excited to be exclusively partnering with a globally recognised investment bank to appoint a Senior Learning & Development professional to lead their advanced selling skills and sales enablement across EMEA and APAC. This is a high-impact position combining strategic design, hands-on delivery, and stakeholder partnership. You’ll own the firm’s advanced selling skills agenda globally, while acting as the L&D lead for institutional sales teams outside of the USA.
More specifically, as a Senior Learning and Development Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and embedding enterprise-wide advanced selling and client engagement frameworks
- Partnering with senior sales leaders to align learning strategy with commercial priorities
- Measuring learning impact and driving tangible behaviour change
- Facilitating and coaching senior sales professionals across regions
- Leading learning initiatives for institutional sales teams across EMEA and APAC, with global collaboration
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in Learning & Development, sales enablement, or sales effectiveness within financial services. You will be confident facilitating senior, global audiences and influencing stakeholders and bring a strategic mindset with the ability to execute and measure outcomes.
