My client is a global financial services firm that is renowned for the latest technology and providing a culture and office that is unlike any other FS firm in London.

Currently, they are seeking a Global Payroll Specialist who is well versed in US payroll, in particular, to work with their US team to drive compliance.

To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must:

  • be proficient in US payroll (in particular 401K)
  • have had exposure to EMEA payroll to some degree
  • be flexible to work from the office 3 days per week
  • be able to hold their own with stakeholders
  • be extremely governance and compliance focused
  • experience of Workday payroll will be highly regarded but not essential
  • be available on a 4 week notice or less

Although this role is a 6 month contract, there is definitely scope for the role to evolve based on the capability of the candidate.
