I am supporting a high-profile financial services organisation with an urgent requirement for an experienced Talent Partner to join their UK Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role will play a key part in delivering a critical recruitment project, focused on hiring across technology, data and analytics functions.
The Role
Reporting to the UK TA Lead, you will work closely with an established Talent Partner (leading the project) to support a significant spike in hiring demand. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role requiring someone who can quickly embed and add value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technology, data and analytics roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Conduct competency-based interviews and robust candidate assessments
- Manage offers, contracts and onboarding processes
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience
- Work flexibly across the TA lifecycle, supporting where needed
- Utilise the organisation’s ATS (Oracle) effectively
About You
- Proven experience recruiting within technology, data and/or analytics
- Ability to operate at pace and “hit the ground running”
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Professional, polished and credible in a corporate environment
- Confident conducting competency-based interviews
- Experience working within financial services or insurance (preferred)
- Familiarity with Oracle or similar ATS systems
- Collaborative, hands-on approach with a flexible mindset
