Job Description

HRBP 12 Month Contract Gloucestershire | Hybrid Working I'm delighted to work with an established, evolving organisation in Gloucestershire to recruit a HR business partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

This is a broad partnering role where you'll work closely with senior leaders to deliver people initiatives that support business performance, organisational change, talent development and employee engagement.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic HR support while helping leaders navigate a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver business-aligned people strategies.

Support transformation and change initiatives across the organisation.

Provide expert guidance on employee relations and people matters.

Coach and develop leaders to build capability and drive performance.

Work closely with talent teams on recruitment, succession and development activities.

Use people insight and commercial understanding to influence decision-making.

About You Proven HR Generalist experiencw with employee relations strengrths.

You may be operating as a HR Advisor, Business Partner or Consultant.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Confident managing complex employee relations and change activity.

Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.

Experience coaching and developing leaders.
