My client, the most successful Hedge Fund in the world, are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join their experienced hire team, focusing on identifying, engaging, and hiring non-technical professionals across their EMEA offices. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping candidates’ first impressions of the firm and ensuring a thoughtful, high-touch recruitment experience.

Our recruitment team is known for delivering a tailored and detail-oriented service to both candidates and internal stakeholders. They prioritise clear communication, responsiveness, and relationship-building throughout the entire hiring process. Beyond day-to-day candidate management, you’ll have the chance to contribute to broader recruitment strategies. This includes refining sourcing techniques, building talent pipelines, and enhancing how we position our teams in a competitive hiring landscape.

You’ll be supported with training on their strategic approach to hiring and will have access to ongoing learning and development opportunities to grow your skills over time. They've built a rigorous and thoughtful hiring process that has helped us grow a diverse and talented team across the globe. About You

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within Private Equity, Quantitative Trading, Hedge Funds or Technology
  • Proven ability to successfully hire across all levels, not just Executive level
  • Proven tenure in roles with growth throughout
  • Quick to learn and eager to make a meaningful impact
  • Proven ability to manage candidate pipelines and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and recruitment colleagues
  • Comfortable asking questions and seeking support when needed
  • Strong team player who can work independently and across teams
  • Interested in understanding how recruitment fits into broader business operations
  • Commercially minded, with a focus on keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
