This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Strategic Workforce Planning to make a significant impact within a large and complex business and to shape and deliver a strategic workforce management and people insight agenda during a period of change and transformation.
Reporting to the HR Director and leading a team of specialists, you will drive workforce planning maturity, develop robust forecasting and scenario modelling capabilities, and provide data-led insight to support critical business decisions.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to translate and address complex workforce and organisational challenges into commercial recommendations, ensuring workforce planning aligns with the business strategy and financial objectives.
There will also be a focus on understanding the impact of AI on future workforce needs and establishing these principles.
This is an opportunity to build and evolve a scalable workforce planning framework, improve planning processes and technology, and help ensure future workforce capability aligns with long-term business strategy.
