I am supporting a high-profile financial services organisation with an urgent requirement for an experienced Talent Partner to join their UK Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role will play a key part in delivering a critical recruitment project, focused on hiring across technology, data and analytics functions. Reporting to the UK TA Lead, you will work closely with an established Talent Partner (leading the project) to support a significant spike in hiring demand.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technology, data and analytics roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience
- Utilise the organisation's ATS (Oracle) effectively
- Proven experience recruiting within technology, data and/or analytics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with Oracle or similar ATS systems
- Collaborative, hands-on approach with a flexible mindset
